Horizon view agent mistreating me

I am disgusted by your agent at horizon view,*****gwa ,I app**** for a membership last week and I made it clear that she should not submit the girls if the debit will go off on the 1st ....to my surprise today I got a debit today....spoke to the manager who is not interested just laughing at me like an a fool ...I am disappointed with this service...do you really practice TCF or it's just a commission making machine
