Horiible past two weeks

Virgin Active Horison a disgrace! There has been no aircon for two weeks and on Saturday no water. My last few sessions have been horrible and people smell when they sweat. Feels like there's no consideration for the members!

Mats are slippery...staff not always friendly. What is happening to that branch??
