Highly Disappointed

I have never worked with such an *********** agents in my life. I’m very disappointed.. I called in to terminate my membership account and Spoke to Justin who Failed to assist me. He informed me that I should call back in an hour as their system is offline .. I disconnected and called back Immediately and spoke to Lady unfortunately I could not get her name, the line cut us off while I was still speaking to her. Called back again and spoke to Lindile who I was at first happy with his service but I then requested for a simple thing a letter to be sent through to me he then told me he won’t be able to do that as they are currently busy he won’t be able to send me through that letter, he then asked that I hold on for him. I did as his request then he decided to disconnect the line..
