Highest for of incompetancy

You would swear Virgin Active makes money from handing their accounts over to legal departments FOR NO APPARENT REASON.

I went to such an extent trying to contact these people asking, BEGGING them to debit my account until I gave up. I tried communicating with them through all channels, Useless call center, Social media and via email but no response.

The worst thing is that whenever you have an issue you have to communicate the same thing over and over explaining your story to 10 different people who promise to call you back, and they don't.

My relationship with them was cursed from the word go when their consultants **** to me and mislead me into signing something without even explaining the whole process, nor going through the terms with me. THE LIES THEY SAID JUST TO GET A SALE FROM ME, ITS DISGUSTING THAT ONE WOULD RATHER THINK OF THEIR POCKETS BEFORE CONSIDERING THE LONG TERM EFFECTS ON THE ACTUAL CLIENT.

The sad part is, no one is willing to take accountability for their actions and wrong doings, but me as a client, i'm supposed to just accept and let these ******* take money from me.

I'm disgusted!
