Hiding information

I became a member of virgin active and this year February my contract has to come to an end I’ve been paying them all this 24 months , end of February no one contacted me asking if I want to continue with membership , I call them to cancel the membership, they said I can’t I have to give them 1 month notice and on that month I have to pay the membership fees , I said no ways can they send copy of my contract up until today I haven’t got it. Am not owing them any money , they said they will cancel my contract but they will deduct money come 1st of October they took 360 from my account I reversed that money back cos am not owing them now they calling me threatening me that I have to pay other wise I will be handed over but still they don’t want to give copy of my contract.and I got a call asking me to continue they will give me 2 months discount why
