Hidden, unnecessary costs

Had to pay R270 to DOWNGRADE my account, they changed my membership to off peak without my consent and they want to charge me R500 to link my ALREADY EXISTING membership to a new vitality account, I am a loyal virgin active member for the past 7 years but now I am seriously considering taking my elsewhere
