I signed up in May 2022 and the Rep informed me of a price increase after a year, in January 2023 I started getting overcharged and when I called they claimed I was INFORMED via email of the price increase hence they will not do anything about it. And even if I tried it will be the consultant's word against mine. I have more an issue with the principles of an agreement than I do with the money, I believe each member of the contract should be allowed the opportunity to accept or reject any changes thereof. ******* these ones.
