Hi rate of theft

I was a member at that club Carnobia branch I lost my phone last week Wednesday I left my phone and pursue I locked when I came back my phone was not there and R450. I reported that them I went back to them and check if have they try to check their cameras they said they haven't got response to people who keep the code in order them to check who went or open my lock. I don't trust VirginActive Carnobia I have cancelled my membership because which means people are not safe there.
