Helping themselves to my bank account

I have transferred over 10 THOUSAND RAND in to various accounts over the past three months between Discovery Health/Discovery Vitality and Virgin Active. And somehow my accounts are still not squared up??? I feel completely taken advantage of.

My Vitality should have been active this ENTIRE TIME, and Virgin Active has taken it upon themselves to simply start debiting over 1000 RAND PER MONTH FOR GYM without consulting me.

I have been on the phone to numerous consultants over the past few weeks and months to try and settle everything, but it was still never settled?

I get given different amounts to pay by each and every consultant, which I do pay...but somehow my accounts have never been squared off despite making all payments required.
