Heated pool but not heated

My daughter attends swimming classes at the gym at your Richards Bay branch, the pools are supposed to be heated but it's not. The kids are freezing in the water. This is not on. We pay membership fees for a heated pool not a freezing pool. Also because of this the kids are catching a cold.
