Health certificate

My mom and I signed up on Saturday 26 March. The staff were pleasant and the gym is perfect. <br> <br> However - on sign up - no bags were produced (as advertised), but the staff member did promise that we would get the bags shortly - I won't hold my breathe. <br> <br> Now they want to tell me that I am a high risk client? I have been gyming for many years - with physios, biokinetists and a personal trainer - have no health problems at all and they made an assumption that I need to get a Dr certificate - after already gyming there for two days! The way this has been done is unprofessional as nothing was mentioned while signing up.
