Heads up fail!

You guys view yourselves as an elite gym, and in the majority of ways you are quite a way above the rest, although I must say this 'heads up we are debiting the money a day earlier' mail that comes every now and again makes you guys sound a bit more like a shady 2nd hand car dealership!

I have had stop and debit orders for around 40 years now and never experienced that from any company before, and this really does tarnish your name and make you sound in desperate need of funds! Are you guys in such serious dire straits and poorer and more desperately in need of the money than all of your clients that you need to give your clients this twice a year or so 'heads up' irritation?

Poor style on an upmarket club's image which is regularly tarnished by this begging bowl impression!
