Head office not following up with regards to steam room issue

As South Africans we all understand the issue with regards to water shortage in the Western Cape. My concern is with the steam rooms not being made available it been way more than a year now. No other means of getting water to the gym for the steam rooms to made available have been action, other companies around Western Cape have come up with other solutions on how to get other means of water. My issues are that the gym fees still goes up every year and one of the main reasons I joint was for the steam rooms. I've call the head office 6 times already and the operator keeps on telling me someone will get back to which they have not done. who is following up with matter?
