Hazardous floor access to swimming pool

Waterstone Somerset West Virgin Active - I joined to participate in water aerobics only - totally insufficient rubber mats on the floor getting one from the change rooms to the pool area - I warned them in writing that this was a potential hazard for their elderly customers - my note was not acknowledged. After taking a fall on the slippery floor (recorded by the club) I cancelled my membership - there was no follow up from the club manager for 6 weeks - communication is non existent and cancellation process took numerous calls from my side. I warn anyone planning on using these pool facilities to be very careful.
