Have you tried to get in contact with Virgin Active?

Have you tried to get in contact with Virgin Active? Virgin Active does not respond the queries on their Web Page, nor do they respond to emails sent to getintouch, and admin staff at Humewood Virgin Active do not return calls and are always busy to see customers. My fees were increased from R180/month to R850/ month with no notification. I have sent 12 emails to the getintouch email address asking about the increase and then requesting my contract be cancelled. For the record I started this process on the 1st September with a web query Virgin Active you used to be good at communicating with customers? What has gone wrong
