Hate Virgin Active with such passion!!!

Virgin active keeps debuting my account. Call the call centre to query why the hell are they taking money from me since I am not a member and they are still investigating for the past 5 months. Can't cancel my membership either cos I'm not on their database!! Who pays for my debit order fees!!!! Worse company to join!!
