Useless intellectually challenged staff at their contact centre.

They charge a R1995 joining fee!! For a gym, in Africa, not London, NYC, or Japan!

I am trying to find the fee to join, when signing up for vitality: Three different answers, two of which make pathetic, grade 4 grammar mistakes!

Answer one R799 -- Shanaaz, I swear this is the only person in their contact centre that has a functioning brain. "I can confirm that should you join as a Vitality member a new contract has to be signed. You will be charged a joining fee. Vitality currently have a special where you only pay R799 joining fee. Kindly contact Vitality on ***to check if you qualify for this special."
