Harrasment - contract which do not belong to me

For the last three months I have been harassed by Virgin Active Call center and their debt collecting attorneys MBD Inc for the payment for a contract that does not belong to me. A friend gave my name as reference or emergency contact to Virgin Active and they are now trying to get me to settle her debt. I have called Virgin Active HO and the attorneys. They know it is not in my name, but keep on calling and sending me SMS. I have now laid a charge against them at the police for harassment and contravening the POPI act - (they provided me with personal information of the person whose contract it is) and have delivered a copy of charge to the Manager at Virgin Active Amanzimtoti. Client Service phoned and ask "would it help if we get the call center not to phone you" that was the last straw .. they will see me in court
