Harassment Incidents not followed up about 5 weeks after first reporting

I'm a member of Virgin Active Constantia. I raised an incident of harassment and ************ by another member with Virgin Active Constantia 5 weeks ago. I have followed up about this twice after reporting the initial incident, and have left my number and contact details on three occasions now. Since that time. Absolutely no follow ups, and the ************ and harassment has gotten worse. I haven't responded as yet to the person responsible, under the assumption that the club would deal with this. I even have an interim protection order notice approved by the court against this individual and an upcoming court date for them to give cause as to why this should not become a permanent order against him. Virgin Active Constantias lack of so much as a follow up, and their laxadizical attitude towards harassment is absurd.
