Harassment after cancellation of contract

I have cancelled my son's contract and told the person telephonically and over the phone in October 2023. I paid the contract in full to date of Feb 2024. Yet I am still called and harassed by agents telling me to pay and that the cancellation will only be in another 2 months. If you listen to your voice recordings you will see that I CANCELLED the contract. Stop calling and harassing me. You are in violation of the Popia Act and the Debt Collectors Act as you are now harassing me.
