Harassing for a non-existent debt and won’t provide me with the calls as proof!

I have been bombarded with calls from January 2025, for a cancelled membership of 2019!!!! I recall cancelling the plan in September and them wanting a payment for the remaining amount. They deducted the last amount and the membership was cancelled. Now, these people have been harassing me and I’ve received a text about this R189 (something like that), that is owing. I have asked several agents for call records!!! I have refused to pay until I receive those calls. Legally, I have grounds because I know for a fact that I have paid that remaining amount.

I want the call recordings as proof before I process any payment! It’s been 5 years. Why now am I receiving calls?
