Harassed by debt collectors on an expired contract

I had a contract of a year and have paid for 2 extra months and after numerous emails to cancel i blocked the debit order they say i owe them a R1000 after i went over my contract by 2 full months payment. I want my name taken off the debt collectors my refund for 2 additional months paid for
