Had to face embarrassment

<p>I was a memeber of Virgin Active and was planning to take another contract with Virgin Active but after this I doubt I will ever set foot in that gym again..</p> <p> </p> <p>I finished my 2 year contract but Virgin still charged my payer for the account so she stopped her debit order at the bank.. However when I went to Virgin Active months later they told me I owe them just under R2000 which is too much because my contract ended I wasn't going to the gym. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I called the call centre and cancel my membership and I had to pay R265 and will still be able to access the gym for 20 days ****il the 21st of Nov). However that was a lie, as I went there yesterday with my gym buddies I was stopped from entering the gym.. I had to leave my buddies there, while they continue to work out without me. This ruined my rhythm with them. I was planning to take on a new membership as soon as the 20 days were over so I wouldn't be charged the prorate value for this month.</p> <p> </p> <p>Virgin Active ruined my routine, embarressed me infront of my gym buddies and every one there. Now how do I go there and show my face?! You took away my 2 weeks of gym. You don't even stick to your contracts and what you say to your clients..</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
