Gym Virgin NEVER

2 days ago. 24 April at 6 pm I got hart broken. I am a very active national member of Virgin active and have recruited numerous friends for Virgin. I also made numerous. I train almost 5xweek. But this past day on the 24th they broke in to my car in your parking lot. I clearly do not understand why you have 2 guards and a fence if the gate is left open cause of some stupid shared parking agreement you have. Cause of your shared parking agreement with mercedes I am now R20000 in debt at my company. The worst is all the gym has to say is im sorry, REALLY!

I gym at Virgin Active Menlyn, apparently you have a shared parking agreement with mercedes next door and that is why there is a random gate in the fence of which your noble security does not protect or patrol at all. So the night when I cam out after a wonderfull gym session I realized they broke in to my office car and stole my laptop bag full of my other belongings which was underneath the seat.

Why do you have a fence and 2 security guards if you cant guarantee anything! this parking is not even big how can they say they cant patrol the whole parking and make this safe. Worst is i was parked 3 parkings from the front door and nobody so anything and did nothing! and all virgin is saying im sorry?
