Gym steps not in good condition

It has been more than 1 year of us complaining and requesting for the gym steps to be replaced or repaired as 90% if not more of them are not in a good condition. The matter has been reported to all the fitness managers who have been at Boulders during this duration, we have been told that the issue will be solved but nothing ever gets done. It is ridiculous that everytime when there is a class that requires a step one has to go through 80% of the steps in order for one to find a proper step with all the rubbers intact. If you do not find a proper step it is also a mission to find a mat to put on the floor to balance the step. It is ridiculous that what we say/report is falling on deaf ears and no changes are made yet we are paying the required monthly fee to Virgin Active without fail each month.
