Gym or nightclub?

Was at the Bellairs branch yesterday, not being a member I asked how to access the Kuaia. I was greeted by a staff member with 7cm long eye lashes, hideous green eye shadow and long daggers for nails. SURELY there has to be some sort of dress code or some sort of professionalism albeit a gym? The manner in which i was addressed was not far behind the outrageous outfit. While talking to me she turns around and starts talking to someone else then comes back to our conversation - ? No manners, no sense of work attire - what type of people do you employ - bearing in mind that she works at the front desk and is the Image of your Company.
