Gym ??? Just well built con-artists

My husband joined Virgin in November 2016, since they make everyone believe that they are the hottest thing since health bread. He was visiting the gym regularly as required by the medical aid. All of a sudden, and without prior notice his debit order for the gym doubled. After numerous call and much frustration; turns out that Vitality instructed them to increase the premium (because according to them, my husband wasn't visiting the gym often enough - and this decision was based on the inaccurate and incorrect information being given ti them by Virgin Active ???). According to them he has only visited the gym three (3) times between November 2016 and now. These three visits took place all within the month of Sept 2017....now here's the funny thing :- my husband never went near Virgin during Sept due to work commitments..... so I guess the other times that he did visit the gym, he must've been a ghost - since these gym visits aren't recorded ??? So for the "Best Gym" - their technology is seriously lacking isn't it??? We WILL be cancelling the membership with IMMEDIATE effect, and best Virgin know - DON'T even think about penalties- since they already took off an additional debit order which my husband verbally told them he does consent to being done, so already they have committed *****. Virgin Active are the biggest con-artists in the country.
