Gym Incentives

On 21 St July My son turned 18 and therefore having been a member as a scholar under my name, he had to re-join the gym as an adult, I have no problem with this, but the sales person, wanted to get the sale, so on the following Saturday I went with him to sign up and pay the new joining fee. When I asked about a gym bag for him he said it is not on promotion at the time and they are out of stock. 2 days later I see on twitter that to join you get a free designer gym bag, this is unacceptable, as we could have waited another 2 days and received a bag.<br> I am also disgruntled as I have been a member for 8 years and have never been offered a gym bag, and when I ask I do not qualify for a bag or any promotional item.
