Gym equipment faulty at VA Rylands/Gatesville

It is 2026 and the rowing machines chain and seat is damaged. I nearly hurt myself with the rowing machine. I am a member of this gym and it ridiculous that the watt bikes and rowing machines are still a problem. Whoever the manager is here is doing a poor job. Even after I have informed the workers at the front reception desk many times about damaged equipment they say we will inform the manager, but nothing changes. This is an extremely busy gym and I don't understand the bad maintenance being done here. I think that I am going to cancel my contract. This is really become pathetic. I was hoping to do a better review but nothing has improved including the area in the weight section downstairs.
