Gym closed early.

I wanted to row at the gym during load shedding later in the evening so I locked my kitbag away earlier. I came back at 19h15 and was not allowed in the parking area and was told the gym was closed. I had to make threats of laying a charge and after 15 minutes was allowed to get my bag with its valuables. The lights came back on at 20h00 and the gym has no right to close. They said the emergency lights were not working. I am going to cancel membership.
