I hve booked a class a week ago for SHAPE @ 8:05 GROENKLOOF. Arriving, i was told t class would be done OUTSIDE t gim: • note well: I pay for an aircon class... not a class in the heated sun! • equipment is used on paved areas❗️.... wear and tear...???. are you going to lift fees for replacement of damaged equipment? • am I insured against injuries on uneven surfaces?.... will VIRGIN ACTIVE accept responsibility for injuries?? THIS QUESTION i place on record! • PLEASE REFUND ME FOR NOT HAVING AN AIRCON CLASS AS SCHEDULED! • SHOCKING ARRANGEMENT.... stick to first come, first serve! AGAIN: please lift your organizing skills
