After a lengthy discussion with you in your office we addressed the rumours, assured you that this was not true and at any given time the former would be training with me and one other person. We even went to the lengths of promising that it would not be anyone else except the people you know about.<br> <br> You assured us that you would communicate this to your staff and as long we kept to our promise everything would be fine. Not sure where this communication breakdown occurred or whether your staff have a really short memory because this issue has resurfaced once again and I am not going to tolerate how unprofessional and rude your staff members have been towards us.
