Greenacres PE - Safety Hazard & complaints ignored

The management and staff at the Greenacres branch in Port Elizabeth ignores complaints. I've complained many times about the safety hazard with regards to members dropping strong oils & ointments in the steam room (which isn't allowed and they ignore the sign outside which stipulates this). I've told staff about when and where it happens and they keep saying they'll sort it out but they don't. Either they are scared of those members, or are friends with them or they just don't care. I am also a paying member and due to this problem, I can't use the steam room.
