Greedy, pathetic, unprofessional. AVOID

This company is so greedy it is scary. They take no accountability for their mistakes. About 3 years ago I went into the branch to cancel my membership, I was told they systems are down and I need to complete a manual form. I did so and left. Months pass by and I left the country, which is the reason I cancelled, I heard nothing so I decided to email them. I emailed them to follow up and they said they have not recieved any payment for cancelation. I said how can I when I have not been told the cancellation amount or heard anything from them at all. They then said my cancellation fee was going to be a very large sum R6000+ because I didnt do it earlier. At this point I explained the situation and they wanted a copy of my cancellation form because they couldn't find theirs. So they requested after I had moved internationally to find a tiny piece of paper which got lost in all my other documents I got rid of because I re**** on such a big professional company to atleast be able to process a piece of paper into the system but no, Virgin Active can do no wrong. They greedy f*#kers want every cent they can get their hands on, they dont do wrong and they dont care. To this date 3 years later they still deny losing the form and asking for my proof, of course they have only incentives to lose the form because they get more money. I would expect more from the company. Oh yes and one of their sales reps missold a policy to my partner, I reported it and nothing happened. Overall ****ty company. Rather to go Gym Company, Planet Fitness or any other gym, they will be cheaper, less greedy and well less c*#ts.
