I hereby relay my utter dissapointment in the brand that you Call Virgin active.

You have decided to change the 26 week reward from a bag to a wrap. I would like to quote the words on your website. " A 26-week streak gets you an incredible, surprise partner reward or merch"

Incredible suprise reward??? It has to be April as this must be your April fools joke on us. My husband worked so hard to finally get a bag. He hit his 26 week this morning and got the quote on quote incredible suprise reward. A wrap.

You have a 12 week reward which is a wrap, you have a 26 week reward which is also now a wrap.

Please be advised that if we do not get a response with some sort my gift/bag. I will be making sure that everyone knows how extremely greedy the brand is.

You have to understand. We absolutely adore Paarl Virgin active and we love the staff but this situation is leaving a bitter taste in our mouths.

How can you try and motivate someone such as my husband that wanted nothing to do with the gym after he got cured from cancer by giving him a wrap. He can buy his own wrap but what he can't buy is a ****** Virgin active bag!

I will keep sending this email until I have a PERSONAL response from one of the managers at customer service.
