Great soreness from training session with personal trainer Stef at Virgin Gateway

Thanks ti Stef Personal Trainer at Virgin Gateway for the incredible soreness of my front shoulders, quads and hams. Been years since I felt such good pain. Battled to lift a cup! 😁
