Great service

<p>Got to gym this morning to find the gate to the complex closed - turns out, the complex security guards have gone on strike. We were met by 2 virgin active staff members ( a lady and a gentleman) who informed us of what was going on and then redirected us to the Virgin Active Red across the road as arrangements had already been made with them to grant us access. This may seem like something small but it spoke volumes to me! Despite the cold and rain these guys braved the elements to make sure that customers were informed and knew the alternative! Little Falls has to be the best Virgin Active that I have visited!</p>
