<p>hi </p> <p>I was at Virgin Active Bright water on Tuesday night. after washing my hands in bathroom. there was a lovely young lady by the name of Jacky. she was drying her hands first but as I came she insisted that I use the dryer first, she then stood with her hands wet. and waited for me to finish up. I just want to say THANK YOU for your great service! </p>
