Great Service

I went to Cradlestone gym with my son on the 16th of Feb which was on a Tuesday night,when we got there my son wanted to swim and we proceeded to doing that however a young beautiful lady who was the manager on duty at that time who had a name badge written \Zee\" approached us and politely informed us that we were not allowed to swim without swim caps,she then asked if she could borrow my son one and I gladly said yes because he was the one that had forgotten his swim cap,she then quickly went to fetch one,I'm so happy that she ddnt chase us out of the pool at that time because at these other gyms they are nasty and rude,I would actually like to say such people should be employed at Virginactive the really know what customer service is,because of her I would gladly like to say I will definitely return to this branch her service ddnt end there she then said \"goodbye See you tomorrow have an awesome evening\" with a big smile on her face which for me means alot,I have never met such a humble and caring person I want to thank her manager as well for having such a wonderful individual because my son also said she was such a lovely lady.Thank you and Thank you so much Zee "
