Great gyms, terrible customer service

Signed up for Virgin Active as part of their Black Friday promotion under the premise that January and February would be free. Come first of January I get debited for the months membership. Get in contact and get told that I’d be refunded in 5 - 7 business days. Now on business day #7 and I have no feedback and do not have my money back. Pathetic.
