Great gym, but awful rewards app

The gyms are great, I really like the availability of the Kauai stores in the gym. However, the virgin active rewards app, is absolute *******. I've had this app for 4 months now, and if it actually worked, it would be a great motivator for me to go to gym, but - it doesn't. Judging by the amount of 1 star reviews on the app and the complete lack of communication and response from virgin active, I probably would need to go and look for an alternative that is linked to Discovery.
