great frustration when visiting Virgin Active

To the Director of Virgin Active: The decision to remove the benches from the shower area in Virgin Active Westville has left us as members with nowhere to put our clothing items and toiletries but on the wet floor in front of the shower. This is unpleasant, uncomfortable and a disgrace. Every plea has fallen on deaf ears. Visiting the gym has therefore become a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. Please can we have a solution without delay.
