Great, friendly, personal service

I sent a request for someone to contact me about joining Virgin Active. The first person to call was Nazley Abrahams who was so personable and efficient and who helped me decide on the best club for me. She then handed me over to Hamu Passoh at Steenberg - and what a wonderful experience this has been! I feel like I have a new friend! Having just been through major surgery and being quite nervous about attending gym again, Hamu was so comforting, encouraging me in the little I can do due to my limitations. Great staff! Great club! Thank you, guys, for helping me to recover from surgery! And thank you, Nazley and Hamu for following up with me - you are amazing!
