Great customer service

I recently transferred to a different club due to moving areas, It wasn't a pleasant experience as the staff at the new club didn't even bother to show me around. I had already paid the admin fee to change clubs. I was so disheartened, To my surprise an arrangement was made with a very helpful and kind woman - Lexi, I didn't get your surname however you are an amazing human -being!! Thank you so much for being so understanding and actually taking the time to listen to me as your customer... Not very many places actually listen to their customers.
