Great customer service

I was at Virgin Active (Claremont) on Saturday afternoon and none of the TVs was showing the football game I wanted to watch. I asked one of the employees if they could change the channel and they obliged. They were unfortunately having some trouble changing channels and discovered that it was a problem with the remotes, so someone was sent out to buy a new one immediately! They eventually managed to get the match on, great customer service!<br> <br> Now if they could supply me with one of the new gym bags that became available just a week after I signed up, that would be great :D
