Great Attitude

Ferial showed great understanding and empathy for the predicament I found myself in. She was able to fully and easily understand my problem. She recognized it was an uncomfortable situation for myself and treated me accordingly. She was bold enough to correct the experience I had with the Richards Bay GM and offered an apology.
