Great Assistance by Celeste Faber- Virgin Active South Africa

I just had an amazing experience with a consultant from Virgin Active by the name of Celeste Faber. I asked if I could change my membership from Premier to a specific gym and she was prompt in assisting me. Because the debit order ran on 1 February and I was making this change on 8 February, she credited me the difference which will then be used for my March membership fee. She even sent an email to confirm our conversation, this legitimizes the conversation further.

Celeste is a breathe of fresh air with a positive attitude. She deserves a WHOOOOOOO-SHAAAAAAME!!!! Thank you very much Celeste Faber, if only we could have more call center agents like you- this world would be a much better place for all.
