Grandparents denied access

<p>I find it terribly short sighted for Virgin Active to deny access to non club members. My daughter attends swimming lessons at the gym and her Grandparents were denied access to come watch one lesson. They are 70 years old and come from New Zealand. They visit once every 10 years and never had their passports on them as they were all ready packed away due to them leaving the country tomorrow. Why is it such an issue to grant them access this one time. They probably will never get the opportunity again as my father has cancer and it is a very very long way to travel. Terribly sad and disappointed as I have never missed a payment. </p>
