I am very disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from the gym staff. I got to gym yesterday afternoon to find that the gym doesn't have power because of typical South African load shedding. While filling in the attendance form I notice that anybody from outside have access to the gym. The lady behind the counter said we are welcome to come in but there will be no classes. Like every other day I went to the locker room(very dark because there's no power), got into my gym clothes and locked my Gym bag into the locker. When I returned to the locker room I found my gym bag almost at the entrance of the locker room. I immediately new that they went for my phone. I have been using the locker and locking up my stuff for the last 6 months without any problems. When I went to report it they at least manage to point there finger to the wall and sign stating \ leaving your stuff on your own risk". My problem is that here is no control of who is entering or what is going on in the gym while the power is off. At least close the gym when there is load shedding or get a generator. Now I have 17 months to pay for a expensive contract and no phone!!!! """
