Good customer experience (Noma - Vodacom World Club)

Noma is the lady at the Virgin Active Midrand Vodacom World club reception,

She has consistently demonstrated a behavior that i believe embodies the group's customer focused mission. She always welcomes members and visitors alike with a warm body language , smile and a friendly nature aimed at creating a pleasant customer experience. At times she opens the club just before 05:00 in the morning , she still strives and ensures the same consistent behavior. I think she is doing a great job.
